We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join a growing team, supporting consultants and wider business functions while developing the skills needed for progression.
Clear career pathway: This role is designed to develop you into an Account Manager within Commercial Insurance, with full training, mentoring, and professional qualification support provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support business documentation and client-related materials
- Arrange travel, meetings, and team events
- Manage diaries and coordinate schedules Attend meetings and record key updates
- Support administrative processes across teams
- Provide reception cover when required
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
About You
- Administrative experience or A-Level/graduate seeking a career opportunity
- Strong IT skills (Word & Excel)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
