Behaviour Support Role - South Bristol Schools

£14.24 per hour School Hours Term Time Only 0-Hour Contract

We're looking for confident, reliable people to support students within high-need schools across South Bristol.

This role would suit someone who is patient, open-minded, and able to build positive relationships with young people who may display challenging behaviour or need extra support throughout the school day.

You do not need loads of previous experience in schools. What matters most is having the right attitude, being willing to learn, and genuinely caring about helping students succeed.

The work is during school hours and term time only. The role starts on a flexible 0-Hour contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.

We're looking for someone who:

• Stays calm under pressure
• Is comfortable working with challenging behaviour
• Can support students with additional needs
• Is reliable, professional, and approachable
• Is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
• Wants to learn and develop within education
