Traffic Marshall Vehicle Banksman Gateperson Port Talbot £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm Ongoing Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in Port Talbot.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Traffic Marshall, Vehicle Banksman, or Gateperson to work on an ongoing project.

You'll be the first point of contact on site, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, managing site access, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

What We Offer £18.00 per hour.

Ongoing opportunity.

Monday to Friday working pattern.

Working hours of 7:30am-5pm.

Opportunity to work on a busy construction site.

Support from Acorn by Synergie's Construction team.

Key Duties Manage deliveries and visitors arriving on site.

Act as the first point of contact at the site entrance.

Bank vehicles safely on and off site.

Direct site traffic to designated areas.

Maintain a safe working environment for vehicles and pedestrians.

Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall qualification with CSCS logo.

Previous Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman experience.

Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Good communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety.

Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety.
