Traffic Manager (Turkish Market)

Our Partner is looking for a Traffic Manager for the Turkish casino and sports betting brand.

The main role of the Traffic Manager will be dealing with the Turkish market and managing various traffic sources.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Traffic Manager experienced in the Turkish iGaming market. This role offers interesting challenges that can benefit your career. Creativity and new ideas are welcome. The Traffic Manager will handle all tasks related to the Turkish market, including creating links, managing postbacks, following updates, communicating with partners, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test reliable new traffic sources;
• Monitor, analyze, track, and optimize active traffic sources daily;
• Prepare monthly reports with transaction details and network analysis;
• Work on traffic optimization and maintain communication with traffic sources;
• Report on KPIs and ensure targets are met.

Ideal Profile:

• Over one year of experience as a Traffic Manager;
• Basic understanding of marketing terms such as CPA, CPL, CPM;
• Upper-intermediate Turkish language skills;
• Proficiency in English or Russian (written and spoken);
• Availability for international business trips;
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with affiliate systems;
• Strong analytical skills to handle large traffic data;
• Excellent communication skills with partners;
• Experience in fintech projects is a plus.
