Trading Team Lead: Stock, Promotions & Customer Excellence

B&Q Limited in Slough is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the sales floor, drive stock management, and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. You will conduct commercial reviews using sales data and loyalty insights to optimise promotions and product availability.

The role offers a permanent contract with 36.75 hours per week, a salary up to £35,000 with a location allowance, plus bonus and pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday.
