Job Description

• Supervise operatives to ensure responsive repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
• Conduct pre and post inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Liaise proactively with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent service levels
• Monitor health and safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
• Manage variations, material orders, and keep detailed, accurate records
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Contract Manager on team performance and project progress

The Successful Applicant

• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
• Proven supervisory experience in responsive maintenance or a related field, ideally within social housing
• Strong understanding of social housing repairs and relevant legislation
