Trade Reconciliation Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Post-trade processing of securities and derivative products.
• Ensure life-cycle management (assignment / exercise, frequent cash flows, expiries) of derivative products.
• Affirmation and Confirmation Processing for OTC Derivatives Transactions
• Monitoring of positions and cash differences with counterparties and custodians
• Troubleshooting of settlements and related cash bookings.
• Investigation and clarification of differences and queries with counterparties, custodians, correspondents, fund administrators and brokers.

Profile/ Requirements:

• Academic knowledge of option pricing, risk reward relationship, and Modern Portfolio Theory
• Apprenticeship or BA in Business or finance with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in the middle office of an asset manager, investment, custody or private bank.
• You are accurate, efficient, independent, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• You are communicative, resilient, flexible, a quick learner and an absolute team player.
• Swiss or EU/EWR passport
• Languages: Fluent in English and German.
• Strong Excel skills is a plus.
