About the Centre for Trade and Investment Law The (CTIL) was created by the , Government of India to strengthen expertise within the ministry and other governmental bodies on matters related to international trade and investment law.CTIL operates as a research think tank and advisory body, offering legal and technical guidance on issues connected with the (WTO), free trade agreements, and broader international economic law matters. About the Opportunity CTIL is inviting applications from five legal professionals for different roles. These positions include:

- 03 Young Professionals
- 01 Consultant
- Trade in Goods
- Trade in Services
- Trade and Sustainable Development
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Geographical Indications
- Innovation and MSME-related trade issues
- Trade Remedies and Dispute Settlement
- Regulatory Practices and Competition
- Government Procurement
- Transparency and Anti-Corruption
- Rules of Origin and Trade Facilitation
- Non-Tariff Measures
- Investment Protection
- Agriculture and related trade matters
- Young Professional
- Associate
- Consultant
- Young Professional (without prior experience)
- A Master's degree in economics, law, international law, public policy, data science, cost accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in both bachelor's and master's degrees.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification work experience.
- A Master's degree in economics, law, international law, public policy, data science, cost accounting, or a similar discipline.
- A consistent academic record with at least 55% marks at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a relevant field such as international trade or related areas.
- A Master's degree in economics, law, international law, public policy, data science, cost accounting, or related subjects.
- At least 55% marks in both bachelor's and master's programmes.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in relevant areas such as international trade or allied fields.
- Candidates holding a PhD may be considered for the position of Senior Research Fellow (with PhD).
- Candidates without a PhD may be considered for Senior Research Fellow (without PhD).
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)
- Master's degree in economics, diplomacy, international relations, public policy, data science, general management, cost accounting, or related areas.
- A university ranked within the top 25 of the latest NIRF rankings, or
- A reputed university ranked within the top 100 of recognized global rankings such as or .
