Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Town Planne
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Requirements for the role of Town Planner / Senior Town Planner:

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Previous experience within a planning consultancy, local authority or a similar development environment
• A sound understanding of the UK planning system and relevant planning policy
• Experience preparing planning applications, planning statements and site appraisals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical planning advice
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in development and land promotion
• The confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
• MRTPI chartership, or progress towards chartership, would be advantageous
• For Senior Town Planner applicants, the ability to manage projects independently and demonstrate strong client-facing experience
