• Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
• Undertake site appraisals and contribute to planning strategies.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality written advice and reports.
• Support senior colleagues on larger projects while gaining responsibility for your own caseload.

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
• 1-3 years' post-graduate experience within consultancy or local authority.
• A solid understanding of the UK planning system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
