Town Planner - Central London
Location: London, UK (hybrid)

An established and independent property consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to join their dynamic Central London Planning team!

The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll work at the heart of some of London's most high-profile and complex development projects. From landmark retail and commercial developments to major estate and healthcare regenerations, you'll support and lead on planning strategies that shape the future of Central London.
You'll be advising prestigious clients including developers, institutions, and landowners, and contributing to projects such as large-scale masterplans, mixed-use redevelopments, and regeneration schemes. You will also collaborate closely with a market-leading Heritage and Townscape team to deliver integrated, expert planning advice.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a commercial mindset, with a genuine interest in shaping the urban environment.
Requirements:
- MRTPI (recently qualified or near completion)
- 1-3 years of relevant planning experience, or experience at Planner level (ideal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to write clear and concise reports
- Good organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
