Town Planner - London

FutureGen Recruitment is working with a highlyregarded planning consultancy in London looking to appoint a Town Planner to support a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across Greater London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware planner either MRTPI or on the pathway to chartership, looking to develop their consultancy career.

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
• Drafting Planning Statements, DAS and supporting documents
• Promoting sites through the Local Plan process
• Assisting with planning appeals
• Managing client relationships on smaller schemes
• Liaising with local authorities and consultees

• MRTPI or actively working towards chartership
• Experience gained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strong report writing skills
• Good knowledge of the London planning environment
• Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence

This is a client-facing role offering exposure to high-profile London schemes.
