The Role

This is a true consultancy position, offering strongtechnical exposure and client interaction.

You will be responsible for supporting planning projectsincluding residential development, school expansion projects and communityinfrastructure schemes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparingand submitting full and outline planning applications
• DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting planning documentation
• Assistingwith Local Plan representations and site promotion work
• Supportingplanning appeals and enforcement-related matters
• Liaisingwith local planning authorities and statutory consultees
• Attendingclient meetings, project calls and site visits
• Supportingsenior staff with planning strategy research and advice

About You

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experiencegained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strongwritten skills and ability to produce clear, evidence-based reports
• Commerciallyaware and keen to develop client-facing confidence
• Motivatedand ambitious with a long-term career focus
