Over the past five years, the business has grown steadily, securing repeat instructions from housebuilders, education trusts and regional developers. Staff retention is strong, with a clear pathway for progression from Graduate through to Associate level.

• Preparing and submitting full and outline residential planning applications
• Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documentation
• Supporting site promotions through the Local Development Plan process
• Assisting with planning appeals
• Liaising with local planning authorities and consultees
• Attending client meetings and site visits

• MRTPI qualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experience in consultancy, local authority or developer side
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and client focused approach
