Job Description
PGIM Ireland seeks a Manager, Compensation & Analytics within the Total Rewards team in Letterkenny. You will lead analytics for headcount and compensation, model forecasting, and support end-to-end compensation processes across investment professionals, sales and corporate staff.
The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in HR compensation, strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Visier), and experience with benchmarking data. Hybrid work arrangement, 2 days onsite.
