Total Mobile Systems Analyst

Total Mobile Systems Analyst role, available on a Permanent basis for a leading social housing provider.

This role will work as part of the Maintenance systems team, supporting mobile working applications.

Role: Total Mobile Systems Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - plus a good benefits package

Location: London - hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

The essential skills for this role are:

• Experience supporting Mobile working applications - such as DRS, Total Mobile, MRI Go etc.
• Experience liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to provide good levels of customer service to users
• Good understanding of the repairs and field service processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

The post holder will get experience managing the supplier of the systems. They'll work as part of a team to keep the housing operations running smoothly for the thousands of people they support.
