Position: Tools Development Engineer
Pay Rate: £36.70 p/h (Inside IR35)
Location: Broughton
Role Type: Contract until Dec 2025 (with extension potential)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

A leading aerospace organization is seeking a Tools Development Engineer for their Broughton site. Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of SA Jigs & Tools from design through to operational handover.
• Integrate advanced industrial technologies in collaboration with R&D.
• Ensure alignment with the organization's Industrial Vision.
• Design and specify Jigs & Tools according to operational requirements.
• Support production investigations using tooling and metrology expertise.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in Jigs & Tools industrialization.
• Knowledge of industrial technologies and alignment with R&D processes.
• Ability to translate vision into tool design and specifications.
• Strong tooling design and specification capabilities.
• Hands-on problem-solving using metrology and tooling knowledge.
