Title Business Development Partner - Lettings

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lettings Partner to join our expanding team. Being a commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential, join us and take control of your earnings. You will be responsible for driving new business, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and promoting our lettings services across the market. Your efforts will be supported by our comprehensive marketing resources, and you will benefit from the use of a company car.

What's on offer to you as a Lettings Partner in Basingstoke;

• Complete on target earnings starting at £54,000 per year (dependent on experience)
• Basic salary up to £32,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• A guaranteed monthly commission amount whilst you build your pipeline
• Remote working, from both home, and occasionally from your local office
• You must reside in Basingstoke or within close proximity
• A Company car
• Mobile phone and laptop on your 1st day

Main duties as a Lettings Partner

• Monitor your designated area's operational and financial results against plans and budgets
• Improve and increase profitability within your designated area, implementing short, medium, and long-term initiatives
• Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
• Engage in local marketing initiatives
• Work independently and take responsibility for the brand's reputation
• Collaborate with peers to build networks and identify referral opportunities
• Implement and ensure compliance with operational planning and financial control systems
• Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and our Property Management and Operations teams
• Support the Lettings Director in devising the Area strategy for profitable growth and continuous improvement

What you need to bring

• Proven track record in Residential Lettings, with knowledge and successes
• Self-starter who can work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Hunger to earn and a drive to work hard
• Willingness to develop yourself continuously
• Passion for Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes
• Strong knowledge of Basingstoke and surrounding areas
• Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, capable of building and leveraging client relationships
• Ability to understand and forecast market trends
• Sound understanding of marketing and the marketing cycle, and ability to maximize marketing channels
• Ability to advise landlords effectively for optimal pricing and tenant selection
• Strong presence on camera to engage with your audience
• Proficiency in canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, reviews, and door knocking
• Ability to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth
