Please review the TV lead JD&PS. The Tissue Viability Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Tissue Viability Service, acting as the clinical expert in complex wound management, pressure ulcer prevention, and skin integrity.

The role involves leading policy development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to reduce avoidable harm and improve patient outcomes.

You will oversee incident investigations, provide specialist advice to multidisciplinary teams, and deliver education and competency programmes for staff.

Responsibilities include managing and developing the Tissue Viability Team, supporting governance and compliance, contributing to service transformation, and ensuring effective, cost-efficient use of resources across the organisation.
