TILER - Regular work (Benton, Newcastle) Trainer

Job Summary
Are you currently a tiler and looking for something a little different, or have worked within the trade ? We are looking for time-served tilers to pass on their skills to people who are wanting to learn the trade.

Duties - passing on your skills and expertise on how to

measure and cut tiles to fit designated areas using hand tools and power tools.
prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives as necessary.
Lay out tiles according to schematics and design plans, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
Apply grout between tiles, ensuring a neat finish and sealing where required.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to ensure seamless project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

Experience

Proven experience in tiling is essential.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in tile setting is required.
