Responsibilities

The role expands and drives the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem through business development, training and project management.

• The position sits cross functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support matchmaking between TSPs and sellers on the platform.
• Become an expert on social commerce and TikTok Shop to support the partner team and help TSPs onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
• Perform data analysis of various metrics-from livestreams and short videos-to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable working with metrics and data driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self motivated, and adaptable to a fast changing environment.
