Candidate Requirements

  • Strong interest in IT and enthusiasm to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, iOS, Google devices, MS365, or networking (development support provided).

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

  • Organised, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support within schools.

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Deliver friendly, helpful support remotely and on-site.

  • Work with a wide range of technologies including laptops, tablets, cloud platforms, wireless networks, AV equipment, and more.

  • Collaborate with school staff, internal teams and external partners.
