Job Purpose
To support the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) and project teams by identifying, analysing, and managing third-party risks, ensuring smooth coordination with external stakeholders such as Network Rail and utility providers.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Act as the main advisor for customer and third-party coordination across projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.
- Conduct assurance reviews before contractor awards when risks are identified.
- Assist in developing and maintaining third-party engagement plans and checklists.
- Provide guidance on customer relations, streetworks, and community investment opportunities.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in customer service and third-party coordination within construction projects.
- Strong technical, commercial, and contractual understanding of water industry projects.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in task prioritisation and resource management to meet business goals

Essential Qualifications
- Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Must have a valid driving licence
