We are looking for experienced professionals willing to develop their skills in the field of Heat transfer equipment design.

Responsibilities:

• Thermal design of heat transfer equipment, mainly combustion related ones: Process Heaters ( API 560), steam reformers, Boilers in Oil & Gas sector, for both proposal and project execution phases.
• Development of corresponding technical documentation: equipment data sheets, P&IDs, safety and control documentation (C&E matrix, safety and control narratives, startup sequence), operation manuals, hydraulic calculation reports, definition of process data for instruments, line lists, etc.
• Support in project engineering activities, mainly for tabulation and purchase of sub-components (e.g., burners, blowers, refractory, etc.). Technical interaction with clients and vendors according to project requirements.
• Coordination with various technical departments: Mechanical Design, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, etc.
• Attendance at HAZOP, 3D model review, vendor documentation review.
• Participation in software tests (FAT, SAT, etc.), burner tests, fan tests.
• Assistance in commissioning and startup, according to project requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in related engineering activities: minimum 7 years.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
