DescriptionPriory Hospital Woodbourne are looking for a Therapy Services Manager to join the team. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. Three days managerial duties and two days for clinical case load. Salary is up to £62,000 depending on experience. Priory Hospital Woodbourne, located in a peaceful and picturesque suburb of South West Birmingham, is a specialised addiction rehab centre, providing expert treatment for a range of addictions, including alcohol, drugs and support for behavioural addictions.
What you'll be doingYou will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
You will report to the Hospital Director, the Therapy Services Manager (TSM) forms part of the Senior Management Team of the hospital with full accountability for both inpatient and day care services including driving and delivering a high quality service. We are seeking an experienced mental health professional with a proven background in supervisory or managerial roles, ideally as a Ward Manager or equivalent. The successful candidate will have experience managing clinical budgets and demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills. You will be confident in leading, implementing, and reviewing quality initiatives, with a solid track record of driving innovation within a relevant mental health environment.
