Social Care Deputy Manager - Under 12s Service Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

Salary: 45,000- 50,000

Location: Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow

TTM Healthcare is partnering with a residential mainstream children's service to recruit a deputy manager for their new under 12s service in Co. Carlow. The Deputy Manager will assist in providing services aimed at meeting the needs of children and young people in the care of the Social Care service. This role involves supporting the Service Manager in all aspects of the house's operations and managing the house in the Managers absence. The Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Social Care service by working closely with the Service Manager to address all issues within the house.

Requirements

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Similar field
• CORU registration is desirable but not essential
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Social Care
• Car and full manual license is desirable but not essential for every role
• Full Flexibility to work a residential roster
