Testing Specialist

Are you a Testing Specialist ready to lead, mentor, and elevate quality assurance in a dynamic asset management environment?

We're looking for a hands-on Testing Specialist who can take ownership of testing strategy, mentor junior team members, and drive test automation, all while collaborating closely with business and development teams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test vision and strategy within the accounting team
• Act as a trusted lead for testers, providing guidance and hands-on expertise
• Write and execute test cases, with a strong focus on automated (SpecFlow) testing
• Collaborate across teams to ensure robust and efficient QA processes
• Mentor 2 junior testers and foster a culture of quality

Your profile:

• A higher professional degree (HBO) in IT, QA, or Software Engineering
• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Tester with a hands-on approach
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB / TMap), tools like HP ALM
• Experience with test automation frameworks (SpecFlow, UFT, MF-ALM)
• Strong communication skills (English C1+, Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in asset management and accounting processes is a big bonus
• Agile mindset and collaborative spirit
