Testia Ltd - Procurement & Operations AdministratorApplylocations: Bristol Areatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR Job Description: We are currently looking for:Procurement & Operations AdministratorLocation: Filton, BristolContract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week DutiesProcurement Controlling the Know Your Supplier (KYS) process; request supplier information, carry out risk analysis/ supplier screening using the ADIT tool Attend and assist with supply chain quality audits, ensuring all documentation and traceability records are readily available Maintain the approved supplier list and act as a point of contact for Supplier logistics Attend and contribute to global Testia Supply Chain calls and review meetings where necessary Create and maintain the master data in ERP system (SAGE X3 or similar) for new suppliers Oversee the goods receipt process, ensuring deliveries are accurate, logged, and routed to the correct department.Operations Admin Process sales orders and generate delivery notes accurately within the ERP system. Arrange and track internal and external training sessions, certifications, and compliance renewals for team members. Assist with travel booking, accommodation, and site access for inspectors / operators deploying to customer facilities. Monitor and replenish stock levels for office stationery, workwear and daily consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations. Manage ad-hoc administrative requests and delegated tasks to actively support operations and managementEssential Attributes for Role Good general education level, English & Math essential Experience using ERP systems for data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Time management and organisational skills Excellent working knowledge of general office software ( Microsoft Office, Google workspace tools) and ERP system (SAGE or similar) Experience of working in a customer orientated environmentDesirable Attributes of Role Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools, basic scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms (like Google AppSheet) to automate routine workflows and drive continuous improvement. Previous administrative or supply chain experience within an engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or quality-controlled (e.g., aerospace, NDT) environment.
