Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Test Manager with a strong background in SAP MM and test lifecycle management. This role requires a professional who can efficiently plan and execute end-to-end testing activities, manage defects, lead multi-vendor testing efforts, and coordinate testing across various environments and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports
• Effectively manage Defect Lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
• Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple vendors
• Plan and execute test activities across multiple test environments and landscapes
• Guide business users on test procedures and ensure alignment with requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless test planning and execution for projects scheduled in each release cycle
• Use tools like Micro Focus Octane (ALM) or Jira for managing test cases, defects, and reporting
• Possess a strong understanding of SAP MM and its integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems
• Drive non-functional testing such as Performance Testing and Test Automation processes
• Identify conflicts or impediments in the testing landscape and support mitigation plans
• Provide high-level management reporting with clear and concise testing status and insights

Must-Have Skills / Knowledge:

• Strong Test Management and Planning experience
• Hands-on expertise with SIT, UAT, and working in multi-vendor environments
• Strong knowledge of testing best practices, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience in SAP MM module and related business processes
• Experience with test management tools such as Octane (ALM) and Jira
• Knowledge of performance and automation testing processes
