Test manager (payroll via AB)

Currently, I'm looking for an experienced Test Manager who can start as soon as possible (July or August) for a large outsourcing project.

The assignment is for a minimum of 18 months, 36 hours per week, and partly remote. You're expected to be on-site in Amsterdam 2-3 days per week. Due to Dutch tax legislation (Wet DBA), I can only propose candidates who are willing to work through our payroll construction.

Due to the unexpected departure of the current Test Manager, we're looking for someone who can step in quickly. The project has already been running for over 12 months, so it's essential that you can jump on a moving train and build on the existing test strategy. Your own vision and ideas are always welcome. The testing scope involves more than 900 requirements.

As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading all testing activities related to the outsourcing project
• Writing clear and detailed test reports for senior management
• Stakeholder management
• Guiding two internal testers and end users during GAT

Profile we are looking for:

• Senior Test Manager
• Experience in the financial sector is a strong plus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at C-level
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Able to produce crystal-clear test reports
