Test Manager

Test Manager vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end testing activities globally, ensuring a smooth migration of financial messaging capabilities.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and defect management.
• Validate messaging flows across interconnected systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document integration and system testing in regulated environments.
• Utilise test tools such as Xray and manage testing documentation.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven test management experience in IT transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial messaging systems and processes (eg SWIFT, ISO 20022).
• Hands-on experience with test tools and methodologies.
• ISTQB Certified Test Manager (Advanced) preferred.
• Language skills: English, German

Your soft skills:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach.
