Test Manager - S/4HANA Program - Start ASAP- 12+months - Remote

For our international end client, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Your main responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities across designated workstreams, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.

Tasks:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all testing activities within the assigned S/4HANA program workstreams
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and detailed test schedules aligned with overall project milestones
• Organize and supervise test case design, execution, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting
• Facilitate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Migration Testing
• Ensure validation of all business requirements within the SAP S/4HANA system landscape
• Support test data preparation and coordinate test automation initiatives
• Create dashboards and provide regular status reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely defect resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of test management processes, templates, and tools
• Support testing activities in SAP S/4HANA Finance, ideally with a focus on Credit Management processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP Test Management, ideally within large-scale S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
• Strong expertise in Functional Testing, Migration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, Unit Testing, and Usability Testing
• Solid understanding of SAP testing methodologies, defect management processes, and test automation tools
• Experience with management control processes, financial & management reporting, and requirement engineering
• Knowledge of SAP Resource, Project and Portfolio Management (RPM/PPM) is a plus
• Credit Management experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and structured working style with excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and common test management tools (eg, SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira, Tricentis Tosca)
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is optional
