Test Lead

Overview

La Fosse have partnered with a London based consultancy who are seeking a Test Lead to define and lead testing strategy across complex, cloud-based systems. You will build and guide high-performing test teams, champion automation and continuous quality, and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as ahands-on Test Manager or Senior Test Lead.
• Strong expertise intest automation, CI/CD integration, and cloud-based testing.
• Experience assuring quality acrosslarge-scale, distributed systems.
• Solid understanding ofcloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Strong working knowledge ofcontainers and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience withcloud storage, file-based integrations, and monitoring tooling.
• Familiarity withBDDand automation-first testing approaches.
• Exposure toloyalty platformsorregulated environmentsis a plus.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.
• Strong advocate forDevOps and shared ownership of quality.
