Test Lead - ERP Experience Outside IR35 Contract

• UK-Based, ability to travel to their Scotland based office infrequently

My client is is undergoing a significant transformation programme and is seeking a Test Lead to take ownership of testing across a major ERP and collections platform implementation.

This is a high-visibility role, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and offers an opportunity to shape the testing landscape across multiple high-impact systems including their ERP and Collections Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end testing delivery across a large transformation programme
• Drive UAT planning and execution across business workstreams
• Act as a key point of contact for 3rd party vendors and internal teams
• Guide and influence stakeholders on testing best practices
• Coordinate test preparation, scheduling, reporting, and execution
• Lead by example to promote a culture of quality and delivery excellence

Ideal Experience:

• Experience leading testing on ERP or major platform programmes
• Strong ERP (Finance) testing experience
• Hands-on UAT ownership and team coordination
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in tight test cycles (5-6 weeks)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with collections platforms
• Exposure to test automation tools and environments
• Experience working in regulated sectors
• Ability to coach or guide teams in large-scale delivery environments
