Overview

We are embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for a Test Execution & Cutover Lead to play a pivotal role in its success.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end testing strategy across global teams.
• Ensure business readiness at every stage of the programme.
• Lead cutover planning and execution for go-live.
• Act as a key bridge between business, IT, and programme leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP or ERP testing programmes.
• Strong cutover planning and go-live execution capability.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
