Test Engineer - Test Automation & Manual Testing

Our telecom customer is looking for a Test Engineer to join their CMS (Content Management System) team, where the current CMS solution is built with Contentful on top of React.js.

The CMS is a central platform used by approximately 10 other teams, which means close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

At the moment, the testing landscape is at an early stage: there is no test automation or shared testing framework in place, and developers are mainly responsible for their own unit testing. The main goal of this assignment is to bring structure, consistency, and best practices to testing, while working closely together with the development team.

You will play a key role in shaping how testing is done in the CMS team going forward, combining hands-on testing with process development and collaboration.

Skills we are looking for

• Strong experience in manual testing
• Ability and willingness to introduce and establish testing practices within a development team
• Experience in planning and executing test automation together with developers
• Good collaboration and communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment

Working Location

• 100% Remote work is possible although candidates must be based in Poland or Spain.

• Duration: Until the end of June
• Allocation: 50% workload so will suit someone with part time availability.
