Test Designer (M/W/D) Das klingt ja fantastisch!

Du hast ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und bringst fundierte Erfahrung im strukturierten Testdesign mit? Du arbeitest sicher mit etablierten Testdesign-Techniken wie Äquivalenzklassen, Grenzwertanalyse, Entscheidungstabellen und Zustandsübergängen? Du hast ein Auge für wiederverwendbare, klar strukturierte Testfälle und modellierst sowohl funktionale als auch nicht-funktionale Testszenarien effizient? Und du verstehst dich als analytisch denkender Teamplayer mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch?

Wir sind ein gut gelauntes Technik- und Supportteam mit herrlich unkomplizierten Menschen aus über 35 Nationen. In unserem Green Building in Bad Iburg entwickeln wir gemeinsam Ideen, setzen sie um und stellen sie auf den Prüfstand. Übrigens: Wie ist denn dein Englisch so?

Englisch ist leider gar nicht meine Stärke.

Keine Sorge, wir bieten auch zertifizierte Inhouse-Sprachkurse - dort kannst du dein Englisch schnell auffrischen. I love it

Dann kannst du dich bei uns voll einbringen.

• Als Test Designer übernimmst du die systematische Entwicklung wartbarer und gut strukturierter Testfälle auf Basis von Anforderungen, Spezifikationen und Anwendungsfällen. Du modellierst Testszenarien, die sich effizient manuell oder automatisiert ausführen lassen, und legst dabei großen Wert auf Wiederverwendbarkeit und Testabdeckung.
• Du planst und erstellst geeignete Testdaten unter Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz, Datenkonsistenz und Testzweck. Darüber hinaus sorgst du dafür, dass die benötigten Testumgebungen bereitstehen, und dokumentierst Testfälle und Testdaten sorgfältig in unseren Testmanagement-Tools.
• Gemeinsam mit QA-Spezialisten und Entwicklern optimierst du kontinuierlich unsere Testdesignprozesse und gestaltest eine zukunftssichere, effiziente Teststrategie aktiv mit.

Do you hold an IT degree or equivalent qualification and have solid experience in designing structured test cases? Are you familiar with established test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transitions? Do you have a keen eye for reusable, well-structured test cases and the ability to design both functional and non- functional scenarios efficiently? And are you someone who brings precision, analytical thinking, and a high awareness of quality to your team?

• As a Test Designer, you will be responsible for creating systematic and maintainable test cases based on specifications, requirements, and use cases. You will model complex test scenarios that support automation and manual execution, and you'll ensure consistency, coverage, and reusability.
• You will also be responsible for preparing suitable test data, while taking data protection and completeness into account. Ensuring the availability of required test environments and documenting test cases and data in our management tools will be part of your daily routine.
• Together with your colleagues in QA and Development, you will continuously optimize our test design process and contribute to a robust and future-proof test strategy.
