Availability windows: Sun 13:00 - 21:00, Thu 14:00 - 21:00, Fri 01:00 - 23:00, Sat 14:00 - 21:00. We schedule your contracted hours within these times and will give you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We also support flexibility if your availability matches closely though not exactly.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training received so the team works safely, effectively, and serves customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering store routines that meet customer needs at the right time.
• Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand your store's performance, contribute to driving service and sales, reducing waste, shrinkage, and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.
• Live the store's values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow policies.
• Be prepared to accept deliveries into the store.
• Take initiative and make decisions that support customers.
• Work well within a team, communicate openly with others.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit, have fun, and celebrate success.
• Be on time, well presented, and ready to represent the brand as ambassador.
