Tender Engineer

We are supporting a fast-growing offshore services organization that is building its project and

engineering capability in the area of Rotterdam. To support their continued growth, we are looking for multiple Tender Engineers to help drive the success of complex and high-value subsea projects globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technically sound, commercially competitive tender submissions for a variety of subsea projects.

• Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, operations, and commercial teams

to align technical concepts with execution strategies.

• Analyse tender documentation and client requirements to develop fit-for-purpose

concept-level solutions.

• Lead the preparation of tender documentation, including methodologies, schedules,

assumptions, and risk registers.

• Provide technical input into cost estimation and strategic bid decisions.

• Ensure full compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and submission protocols.

• Support the transition of awarded tenders to project execution teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Marine, Mechanical, Civil,

Electrical).

• Solid understanding of subsea operations and engineering principles.

• Prior experience working on subsea tenders, with a focus on concept development

and coordination rather than detailed engineering.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage input from

multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tender management tools is a plus.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in offshore cable projects is a preferences
