Tender & Contract Manager

Summary

In this role, you will apply your industry expertise and network to drive the rapid expansion of our project pipeline. You'll lead opportunities from the pre-tender phase through to contract award and Notice to Proceed, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Beyond your core responsibilities, you will take ownership of creating, refining, and managing internal processes that improve team performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the pre-tender process, including preparing and issuing RFQs/ITTs, onboarding new contractors, and collaborating with development teams.

• Liaise with cross-functional project team members (development, technical, legal, HSE) to gather specifications and resolve technical queries for tenders and proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms with preferred bidders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and risk allocation.

• Recommend contract awards through comprehensive cost and risk analysis.

• Oversee project execution by leading meetings, managing communications, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure efficiency and progress, with regular reporting to peers and leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of the energy project life cycle and key industry stakeholders

• Experience across Solar, BESS & Wind sectors

• Proficiency in construction contracts, especially FIDIC frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong grasp of the European renewable energy landscape, including regulatory and environmental considerations.
