Tenant Relations & Housing Rights Specialist

A local authority in Wales is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Relations Officer to join the Housing Options Service. This role involves advising private landlords and contract holders on best practices, with a focus on preventing homelessness and enforcing legal rights. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of housing legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
