Tenant Liaison Officer

Are you a Tenant Liaison Officer looking for a new challenge? We have a position available with a Social Housing Contractor that focuses on quality of service and customer care and has great staff retention rates.

Our client is a well established Social Housing Contractor, renowned for its reputation and strong pipeline of work. They are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer for a 6 month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

This role involves working on a retrofit scheme on the Wirral.

Responsibilities

• Pre entry visits and company inductions
• Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
• Visit tenants in their homes and advise them on when and what work is being carried out
• Act as the main point of contact and address any problems or queries that tenants may have
• Contact neighbourhood housing associations and establish working relationships with them
• Visit empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advise them on completion dates
• Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to inform tenants of works being carried out
• Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues

Qualifications

Must hold a full driving licence, have your own transport, and ideally a current CSCS card.

Compensation

This position is paid via an agency on an hourly rate through an umbrella company. The hourly rate is £16 per hour (umbrella).
