Tenant-First Customer Services Team Leader

Midland Heart is seeking a Customer Services Team Leader to head a large, fast-paced team at our Birmingham Bath Row office. You will manage high-volume inbound queries across phone, digital, and social channels, empowering officers to deliver first-time resolutions for tenants.

The role is a Fixed Term Contract until May 2027, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am-6:00pm on a rotating pattern. Based onsite with your team in Birmingham.
