Job Description
54 North Homes is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to deliver housing-related support to tenants, helping them sustain their tenancy and live independently in their homes or within supported schemes. You will establish and monitor support plans, advocate for residents, and coordinate with partner agencies.
