Tenancy Support Officer - Hybrid Home/Office (London/Sussex)

Moat Homes Limited is seeking a Tenancy Support Officer to deliver practical support to vulnerable customers in locations including Dartford, Ashford, and other areas in London and Sussex. You'll manage caseloads, help customers understand tenancy responsibilities, and coordinate with multiple agencies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of landlord responsibilities and welfare benefits. A CIH or NVQ Level 3 qualification is preferred.

The role offers a flexible working arrangement and is based largely in the office and at home, with travel required across designated regions.
