About the Role

My client is looking for an ambitious Consultant to run a fast moving and highly profitable warm temporaries desk. The branch is part of a network of agencies spanning the UK.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
• Resourcing and placement of candidates
• Managing a workforce of 60 plus temporary workers
• Posting vacancies on industry specific job boards and UK national job boards
• Screening CVs and establishing suitability for vacancies
• Maintaining client relationships through constant, effective communication
• Creating and sending marketing materials to prospective clients

The right candidate will have had recruitment experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced, target driven and people focused sales role.

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard
