Temporary Store Manager - Lead a Diverse Retail Team

DEBRA International in Shirley, Birmingham, is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance and lead an inclusive team of staff and volunteers. You will maximise income through physical and digital channels and drive excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, on a 12-month maternity contract with a salary of £27,755 per annum (£15.25 per hour).
