Job Title: Temporary Site Manager/CaretakerLocation: King's LynnWorking Hours: 10:30 - 18:00 (with a half-hour lunch break)Contract Type: TemporaryRequirements:

• Previous experience in site management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises.
• Perform/report minor repairs and odd jobs
• Manage waste collection and stock levels.
• Ensure grounds are well-kept.
• Handle emergency duties.
