Job Description

The position

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized temporary Project Manager to take full ownership of a time-sensitive, customer-facing initiative critical to AAR's operations. This role is base in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, and starts June 2025.


In this role you will serve as the main point of contact for an international project, managing structured communication, cross-functional, customer and supplier alignment, and timely execution of deliverables related to a specific service offering. Your ability to lead with clarity, precision, and follow-through will be instrumental to the project's success.


• Coordinate structured and efficient communication with 100+ aviation customers

• Develop and execute tailored communication and action plans per customer

• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timelines are met

• Align internal teams (commercial, technical, operational, supply chain) and suppliers with customer expectations

• Own project communication rhythms (status updates, reporting, reviews)

• Monitor data accuracy, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction

• Drive continuous improvement in communication, planning, and delivery processes

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in project management, customer coordination, or stakeholder engagement

• Experience in the aviation industry or other complex operational environments preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

• We are looking for a candidate who lives in The Netherlands, preferably in or near Hoofddorp.
