Temporary Part-Time Science Teacher (0.67 FTE) - maternity cover

Required for a one term contract from September to December 2026

St Mary's Catholic High School is an over subscribed mixed Academy noted for strong academic achievements.

We are seeking to appoint a creative and motivated experienced or early career Teacher of Science, with excellent subject knowledge and qualifications, together with a passion for supporting all students to develop their full potential.

• A passionate advocate for your subject.
• Dynamic and innovative; providing high quality teaching and learning; enhancing further the excellent exam results of this subject.
• An exceptional classroom practitioner, delivering lessons that motivate and inspire our students to achieve.
• Able to contribute effectively to the delivery of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science.
